Seasoned Potato Wedges
3 to 4 fresh clean potatoes 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon garlic power 1/4 chili powder 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Heat oven to 425 °F. Cut clean unpeeled potatoes lengthwise into 8 wedges. Place in a large bowl. Drizzle olive oil over potatoes. Combine seasoning and sprinkle over potatoes. Toss to evenly coat. Place coated potatoes in shallow baking pan. Bake at 425 °F for 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
